 Hi dan assalamualaikum,

Di sini saya nak cerita pasal satu company yang MENIPU their staffs just for the sake of INVESTMENT and MONEY. Saya akan ceritakan pengalaman saya sepanjang bekerja di tempat scamming ni. I dah kerja kat sini for a few weeks and now I finally nekad nak mampus until walk away for good. Kalau search "CENTURY GROUP" takkan jumpa sebab all companies listed will be from luar negara and not in Malaysia. Kalau search Century Group Midvalley pun takkan jumpa apa pun. NI COMPANY SCAMMER.

I ada cari kerja kat Jobstreets, LinkedIn and many other jobseekers platforms and I applied kat every companies possible that related to my skills and experiences. One day, I got a call from a company named CENTURY GROUP (Level 13 centrepoint South, Midvalley) and the one who called me named Miss Elina (idk if its her real name but thats the name) and she said she is the recruiter (heard that dulu dia free hair and now dia dah pakai tudung). She said she got my resume from Jobstreets and I dah pelik because I remembered most of the companies I applied and this company sumpah I takpernah applied and I asked, "may I know ni company apa ya? because I applied to many companies." and she was like "nama company kami Century Group and company kami is specialized under consultant." and tiber dah kena interview the next day. Me, as someone who never worked macam pelik but excited because I got an interview. Usually, a company will send you email for further information about the interview but this one, dia suruh kita tulis atas kertas on what yang dia nak kita bawa on interview.

ALSO, SHE SPEAKS IN MALAY. Most of the companies will speak in English mostly on first call for interview or being short-listed but this one, dia start speaking in Malay most of the time. The next day I went there and dia interview I with all things they asked, suruh isi form about my family (probably its the normal procedure), and then time interview dia tanya about family, experience and all things. Then dia cakap that my working experience is lain daripada what company dia nak so probably dia akan bagi call to inform if I got hired or I didnt get the job. 

After a week (cannot tell the exact date because it will be obvious that IT WAS ME because I was the only one who got recruited on THAT PERIOD OF TIME), I got a call from her again saying I got hired and my salary will be RM1800 and I will undergo a week of training since I have no experience on their field and acah la cakap dorang ni consultant for finance and banking. And she said I could start kerja by tomorrow and I cam excited because that was the first interview and I got hired. 

I pakai blazer on the interview and I pakai blazer on my first day. On first day, dia bagitau pasal their company saying their company started in 2012 and based in Hong Kong blablabla and now they're planning on expanding to a bigger company and all bullshit they sputtered. She tried to convince me by saying that I masuk kerja as ADMIN and I will do my job scope according to ADMIN job scopes and I was like alrighttt since thats what I applied for sure. 

The office was so suspicious because there are a lot of "meeting rooms" like ???? where is the ACTUAL OFFICE then? And for the first 3 days, dia only akan train you (or more likely brainwash you) kat dalam those meeting rooms, ONE TO ONE. Until after a few days, baru dia bawa you masuk dalam OFFICE and guess what??? It was ABSURD. Dalam office tu only ada several desks sama macam dalam meeting room, NOT EVEN A PC ON THE DESK, there is only one pc located kat dalam office tu and a photostate machine. Not gonna lie but dah macam meja study dalam library. Dah la PC dia pun PC tah zaman bila, mesin photostate pun asyik stuck, everything kena guna laptop sendiri siap suruh check site hari hari untuk buat analisis.

Tiap hari ada je benda baru yang dia nak bagitau, harini cakap lain, esoknya cakap lain.Time interview cakap yang ada dapat gaji tak tolak EPF for first 3 months, asyik ulang yang my job scope is as ADMIN EXECUTIVE blablabla pastu after a few days kerja, bagitau yang kalau kita close one transaction boleh dapat RM40 like... kenapa I have to close transaction when at first you said that we just providing services to the clients? every transaction made by client right? time tu i dah start feel like sus and fishy as hell.

Then, every day, one of the "managers" will come to me and try to talk to me pasal the investment and trying to gaslight me on this thing... and tiber suruh I practice cakap kat my family members because kononnya nak dorang bagi I soalan as my "homework" to do and then datang kerja and discuss pasal the questions given by my family members. Even some of them trying to ask about my family punya conditions and I ni pun bodo gak la so I told them everything pasal my family and FOR SURE THEY KNEW THAT MY FAMILY'S FINANCIAL ISN'T GREAT. 

Lama-lama benda ni jadi lagi suspicious bila dia explain again about RM40 tu and I just nodded and dia pandang I macam annoyed gila and cakap "you ni kenapa eh macam tak excited bila I cerita pasal RM40 ni? ke you tak percaya? or you taksuka duit? tipu la kan orang taksuka duit" and I was like pelik sebab I think I did responded well on everything she said and then I said "I nak kena tunjuk effort ke?" and she was like "YEAH OF COURSE" and time ni aku dah annoyed gila because kenapa tiba tiba nak kena paksa about this investment? and I asked her, which is Kak Meera if I need to convince people to do this investment and she had the audacity to gaslight me saying "kenapa nak kena convince? kita takboleh paksa orang kalau orang taknak invest" tapi bila I told her that I did my job by explaining pasal investment kat my family and they're not interested yet and dia boleh pandang I macam annoyed and said "EH? APA YANG YOU CERITA SAMPAI DORANG TAKNAK INVEST? ke you takreti nak explain? kita kena la bagi solution kat dorang kalau dorang taknak invest. Sebab takde duit? you fikir yang buat investment ni semua orang kaya ke? client kita semua orang biasa tau, nurse, cikgu semua tu. Takkan la sorang dari family you taknak invest kot? Benda ni boleh untung setiap hari. Siapa yang taknak."

Dia cakap kita bukan kerja kena convince but PROCEED ON FORCING PEOPLE TO ASK OTHERS TO INVEST like??? How can kau taknak take NO as answer? Nak invest dalam benda bodo kau ni bukannya murah. You need to have RM110K to invest and kau punya solution is to jual your assets like car, house and all things, and kau even suruh orang buat loan for this investment? And even after I told you pasal my family condition pun kau still nak suruh aku suruh family aku untuk invest? HELL NO. They siap cakap yang I ni macam takde hati nak kerja sebab I tak excited pasal RM40 tu and they got bitter bila I just angguk and said "faham". 

One day tu I was doing my job as usual and one of the managers sound I cakap yang I asyik main phone and cakap yang semua orang kat sini tak pegang phone pun and kenapa I act macam I ni free sangat. Then dia tegur la cakap "cuba bagitau yang berapa company yang nak awak? kalau setakat iv semua orang pun boleh iv tapi siapa je yang nak hire awak? bersyukur la company ni nak ambil awak bekerja for you to grow" and dia bising again pasal "takde hati nak kerja" and when I cakap "so sekarang ni nak tanya satu je, saya memang kena cakap kat family saya pasal benda ni sebab nak suruh dorang invest ke?" and dia terus pandang i and said "YELAH DAH TU?" and aku cam eehhhh kenapa tiber sangat scope kerja aku bertukar? and dia marah and said "ehhh kalau i takfikir la en, ikut hati i nak je i halau u sekarang gak suruh you pack barang you and blah dari sini" just because I ASKED THAT QUESTION. 

apa yang panas hati sangat? it was just a question. Takperlu pun kau nak kena tipu staff kau pasal benda camni lagi lagi bila staff kau mostly fresh graduates. Tak fikir pakai otak ke yang semua orang pun nak cari kerja sebab nak cari duit? And kau suka hati nak suruh dorang pula cari orang suruh invest and konon bagi macam macam solution just nak suruh dorang invest untuk bitcoin investment sampah kau ni. 

Alhamdulillah Allah nak tunjukkan betapa penipu and betapa scammernya company ni, I told my friend pasal this company and dia as someone yang pernah try all kind of investment said to me yang if I rasa taksedap hati, better ciao before terlambat and she asked me pasal nama company I and I told her nama company ni and dia try check the company and find out yang company ni takpernah wujud and then she jumpa all the blogs yang bercakap pasal company ni. Turns out company ni dah tukar banyak nama for the last 10 years and dia also banyak kali pindah tempat from KL Sentral to now kat Level 13 Centrepoint Midvalley.

dari 2014 until now all pekerja sama je. From A to Z masih orang sama. Lagi pelik bila dia cakap company ada 40 employees tapi below 10 je yang ada kat office and yang lain WFH tapi even dah 3 minggu aku kat situ, satu pekerja lain pun aku taknampak selain muka muka penipu yang ada kat blog Penulis Jujur tu. Kalau betul WFH mesti la flexible datang office and kerja dari rumah. I tunggu juga for a week to see if ada pekerja lain but TAKDE LANGSUNG. Konon tengah buat expansion tapi even company dah 10 tahun pun still pekerja yang sama je. EXPANSION MENDE. 

Just because most of the people you recruited are fresh graduate korang boleh menipu budak budak camni. Sedih bila fikir that I saw a few people dorang baru recruit and I feel like telling them to blah je dari situ sebab tu company menipu tapi tu lah, I didn't know better that time so I quit in silence and never come back. 

To the managers, just in case korang baca this post, just so you know that bergembiralah makan duit haram orang yang kau tipu selama ni. Apa? Duit gaji ni kau guna untuk beli "first house", kereta and buat kahwin and all? Satu barang luxury pun aku taknampak kat kau. Kalau takat kau pun makan duit orang lain, harap korang rasa balasan yang setimpal. I will never forget what you have said to me time aku still kerja kat situ. I will never forgive any of you yang tipu aku semata sebab aku fresh grad.

So korang, please jangan terpedaya dengan company bodoh ni. Dorang memang dah takde hati perut dah nak fikir mana baik and mana buruk. Kalau tiber dapat call dari syarikat ni, jangan lah pergi and jangan la percaya.

Kalau-kalau korang dapat call interview sini, tolong la jangan pergi. Kesian kat fresh graduates and sesiapa yang tengah cari kerja nak kerja tapi kena aniaya camni dengan bangsa sendiri. Acah cakap syarikat founded in 2012 tapi dah buat kerja scam ni dari 2010 lagi. Lagi menipu bila tau yang dia cakap HQ kat Hong Kong. Sangat fishy benda tu. Taktau la kenapa aku still husnudzon nak stay for almost 3 weeks kat situ, maybe sebab aku sangat memerlukan duit sebab aku fikir aku akan dapat RM1800 clean for 3 months.

nombor company dah hilang dari phone log tapi kalau dia kenalkan diri dia as Elena or something, and cakap dia dapat your resume from Jobstreet and dia sendiri akan convince kita cakap "maybe you apply banyak sangat so you taksure which one of the companies kan?" "if you cari our company kat Google, memang takde sebab our company international based blablabla". Like macam tau tau je apa kita nak tanya.
